Regipass — Hesap ve Veri Silme

Bu sayfa, Regipass uygulamasının (geliştirici: Regipass) kullanıcılarının hesaplarını ve verilerini nasıl sildirebileceğini açıklar.

Uygulamadan silme

1. Regipass uygulamasını açıp hesabınıza giriş yapın.
2. Profil / Hesabım sekmesinde Hesap Ayarlarım'ı açın.
3. Güvenlik bölümünde Hesabımı Sil'e dokunun ve onaylayın.

Aynı işlem regipass.com'da giriş yaptıktan sonra hesap sayfasındaki Hesabı Sil ile de yapılabilir.

E-posta ile talep

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden product@regipass.com adresine “Hesap silme talebi” konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebiniz en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

Hangi veriler silinir?

• Ad, e-posta, telefon numarası, üniversite / bölüm / sınıf / il bilgileri ve profil fotoğrafı
• Etkinlik kayıtları, biletler, yoklama ve katılım kayıtları, değerlendirmeler
• Adınıza düzenlenmiş katılım belgeleri ve doğrulama kayıtları
• Bildirim jetonları ve cihaz kimlikleri

Saklanabilecek veriler

Yasal yükümlülükler ve olası uyuşmazlıklarda ispat amacıyla, onay kayıtları (onay zamanı, onaylanan metin sürümü, IP/cihaz bilgisi) hesap silindikten sonra 10 yıla kadar saklanabilir. Ayrıntılar için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni'ne bakın.

Hesabı silmeden yalnızca bazı verilerinizin silinmesini istiyorsanız da (ör. profil fotoğrafı, belirli bir etkinlik kaydı) aynı e-posta adresine yazabilirsiniz.

Regipass — Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the Regipass app (developer: Regipass) can delete their account and data.

Delete in the app

1. Open the Regipass app and sign in.
2. In the Profile / My Account tab, open Account Settings.
3. Under Security, tap Delete My Account and confirm.

You can also do this on regipass.com: sign in and use Delete Account on your account page.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, email product@regipass.com from the address registered to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. Requests are completed within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Name, email, phone number, university / department / year / city, and profile photo
• Event registrations, tickets, attendance records and reviews
• Certificates of attendance issued to you and their verification records
• Notification tokens and device identifiers

What may be retained

To meet legal obligations and as evidence in a possible dispute, consent records (time of consent, text version, IP/device information) may be kept for up to 10 years after deletion. See the Data Protection Notice.

To delete only some of your data without deleting your account (e.g. your profile photo or a specific registration), email the same address.
